After more than a decade of dedicated service, we say goodbye to our longtime Patient Coordinator, Erin. From her earliest days at the front desk to her years supporting our practice remotely, Erin has been a trusted, welcoming voice for so many in our community. Her warmth, compassion, and unwavering commitment to patient care have touched every corner of our practice — and she will be deeply missed.
My journey at Maestro Dental Wellness is one I’ll never hesitate to say was one of the best experiences of my entire life. Everyone dreams of the dream job — and this was mine. Not only did I have an incredible team to work with over the years, but serving our patients was rewarding and gratifying. I have learned so much from Dr. Maestro. I will miss all of the patients and team terribly.
Erin’s Journey at Our Practice
Erin joined our team after two decades in the retail industry, bringing with her a remarkable blend of professionalism, empathy, and customer service expertise. Stepping into the role of Patient Service Coordinator, she quickly became a familiar and reassuring presence to new patients and long-time visitors alike.
Driven by a genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn, Erin immersed herself in the world of dentistry. She regularly attended continuing education courses and team seminars, expanding her knowledge so she could better support patients and guide them through their care. She also spent time observing Dr. Maestro and our clinical team — always asking questions, seeking clarity, and striving to provide the best experience possible for each person who walked through our doors.
Even after relocating out of state, Erin continued to be an integral part of our daily operations. From Florida, she supported the team remotely and stayed connected with both staff and patients, often joining our morning huddles via FaceTime.
Over the years, Erin has been a steady presence, a supportive teammate, and a kind voice that patients came to rely on. Though we’ll miss her greatly, we’re excited for all that lies ahead in her next chapter.
